LDAP authentication

Ldap authentication is available to let SISSA users authenticate with their own passwords. It is possible to limit access only to a group of users or to have mixed authentication, i. e. some sissa users and some "local" users relative with access only to the wiki.
The logon page will always be accessed via https protocol, not to transmit unencrypted passwords over the net.
