Entrance Exam

EU students must be selected by means of an entrance examination held personally at SISSA. Non EU candidates can either present the entrance exam personally in Trieste or can apply through the preselection admission procedure see Preselection Application for Non European Candidates.
The examination for each Ph.D. is held by the academic sector in charge of each program. Thus the selection procedure, dates for examinations and type of exam depend explicitly on each Sector. Usually there are two selection exams per year: Spring and Autumn; but it is recommend to see each Sector's web page were they will have all the corresponding information (see here).
