If your address is wrong in the living contributions online form, it depends from the information that you entered in Esse3.
Previous cancellation year field
Please complete the field "previous cancellation date” only if you already entered a request for living contribution in the same solar year (i.e. 2022).
In this way you can enter a new request, overwriting the dates of your first request.
