SISSA send an announcement to all the students everytime an Italian course is organized by some Trieste based institution. Usually SISSA cosponsors Italian courses at the ICTP and hence there is at least one Italian course per year available to SISSA students.
There are regional non-profit organizations like IAL where one can easily find italian courses during all semesters. The address is Via Pondares 5.
One can also follow courses in Universita Popolare that is located in Piazza Del Ponterosso n.6.For these ones you have to pay a fair amount (around 120-130 euros for per course.)
