SSN Health Card: Difference between revisions

Here's the guide to join to the SSN (Servizio Sanitario Nazionale), the Italian Public Health System. Through this procedure you will be finally covered by the health insurance.

Remember to check the deadline of your health card in order to renew it when needed. If your permit of stay is expired, your health card could be renew only for few months (3) and you will need to renew it several times a year.

These are the forms you have to fill in to ask for the renewal/first issue of your health card.
