Living contribution
Address in the form
If your address is wrong in the living contributions online form, it depends from the information that you entered in Esse3 website. The two procedures are linked but the refresh is not immediate. So, please change your address in Esse3 DB and the day after enter your living contribution request.
Previous cancellation date field
Please complete the field "previous cancellation date” ONLY if you already entered a request for living contribution in the same solar year (i.e. 2022).
In this way you can enter a new request, overwriting the dates of your first request.
In the case of a contract that finishes and will be automatically renewed DO NOT enter any cancellation date.
