Garbage Tax

The Garbage Tax (or TARI, TAssa sui RIfiuti) is due every year, generally by the 31st of January. It can be paid all at once or split in two or three payments along the year. In principle you should receive the payment request directly at home, well before the deadline. The easiest way to pay the tax is through this link, you have to check the TARI section at the end of the page. The tax can be paid also in each post office, bank, betting shop, tobacconist and in some supermarkets.
